Day 2 – Nov 2nd – We are having a great time at QBConnect and hope you are as well. In case you missed us, here’s a quick recap from an exciting day!
1:15 PM PST
Started Day One, which is PreCon day, in beautiful San Francisco. After two days of play in this spectacular city, I am off with @Waltque to take the train into San Jose. The #QBCon2015 app has been pretty busy with travel posts from those who are already situated in San Jose! I am excited to meet with the rest of #TeamMendelson and with friends and colleagues. For now, we are off to Caltrain – see you soon, San Jose!
3:00 pm PST
We finally have arrived in San Jose, and our first order of business is to find a location to host our #QBCheers mixer. If you haven’t received one of our Mixer Invites, you definitely have to find Mario, Luz Maria, Walter or I for more information! If you have been to one of these conferences before, most attendees break off into small groups after the sessions (which would be a great time to find #TeamMendelson and ask about the #QBCheers Mixer). More on that later!
9:30 pm PST
Ok, two hotels later, and we are officially settled in! It is always so much fun to get to meet all of the faces we interact with on social media! Tonight I met Eric and Angela from School of Bookkeeping (https://schoolofbookkeeping.com). I ran into Kelly from TSheets (https://www.tsheets.com) and Kimberly from the Intuit IRP (http://intuitreseller.com) team! And that was just the beginning.
We’ll see you around the event over the coming days! Be sure to follow us with #TeamMendelson!

Ask Microsoft’s Office Accounting how much traction they’ve gtteon in the entrenched CPA world.Ask me how many clients I have that have Quickbooks online (1) versus Quickbooks desktop (all the rest), mainly due to paranoia as well as other issues like bandwidth.More power to ya, but accounting apps are one of the slowest to get changed out.
