New Franchisees Purchasing QuickBooks Online

  • Do it yourself package: For new QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise subscriptions purchased from Mendelson, the Subway® Chart of Accounts and Item Lists files (Excel/CSV for QuickBooks Online or IIF format for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise) will be provided with instructions on how to perform the import.*
  • OPTION: Mendelson Consulting will import the existing Subway® Chart of Accounts (COA size does not need to be reduced) for all subscription types and items list. Fee: $199

*NOTE: The Subway® Chart of Accounts currently contains 255 items. For QuickBooks Online subscriptions the account numbers shall be reduced to 250 or less. Otherwise, the franchisee shall purchase QuickBooks Online Advanced, which do not have limitations in the number of accounts.

Options for Migrating from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

  • Mendelson Consulting will provide QuickBooks Desktop migrations for customers purchasing a new QuickBooks Online Advanced through Mendelson Consulting, at no charge. This will be utilizing the Intuit tools, and the Franchisee will be responsible for validating the data.
  • Mendelson Consulting will provide QuickBooks Desktop migrations for customers purchasing a new QuickBooks Online Plus, or Essentials through Mendelson Consulting, for a $99 fee. This will be utilizing the Intuit tools, and the Franchisee will be responsible for validating the data.
  • Mendelson Consulting will provide QuickBooks Desktop migrations + simple data validation for customers purchasing a new QuickBooks Online Plus, or Essentials through Mendelson Consulting, for a $198 fee (reduced to $99 with the purchase of QuickBooks Online Advanced). This will be utilizing the Intuit tools, and the Franchisee will be provided a list of accounts and amounts that need to be updated post migration.
  • Mendelson Consulting will provide QuickBooks Desktop migrations + assisted data validation for customers purchasing a new QuickBooks Online Plus, or Essentials through Mendelson Consulting, for a $297 fee (reduced to $199 with the purchase of QuickBooks Online Advanced). This will be utilizing the Intuit tools, and the Franchisee will be assisted in making the adjustments post migration.
