If you already have an Intuit account from any other products (TurboTax, Mint, etc.) you can use that user ID/email and password to sign in when you get the “This user ID is already taken” prompt.

If you have forgotten your password and need to “recover your account”, please do so. After your password is reset, visit your franchise link again to complete the purchase.

Before connecting any business bank accounts or entering transactions in QuickBooks Online, make sure to first import your franchise Chart of Accounts. This ensures proper setup and prevents issues.

  • Find & Select Your Chart of Accounts

    Search for your franchise above and click on your company’s Chart of Accounts to begin the setup process.

  • Disable the
    pop-up blocker

    If prompted, please disable the pop-up blocker in your browser.

  • Click Connect & Allow Resend

    Click the Connect button and, if prompted, allow your browser to resend information to proceed.

  • Add Your Accounts

    Click the green “Add Accounts” button to continue.
